Full Charge Bookkeeper Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Payroll, employee timecards, filing for payroll taxes Accounts receivable and payable, daily invoicing, check deposits & credit cards HR, employee files Quarterly tax statements, 940 & 941 forms Sales Rep Commissions General ledger with QuickBooks, P/L and Balance Sheet Customer support Office Management and office supply ordering Some product packaging, use of UPS & FedEx

Full Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications:

QuickBooks experience 5 yrs. Experience paying state taxesExcel experience requiredMinimum 5 yrs experienceOffice Management experienceExperience paying out commissions. Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
