Description We are currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our clients team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining financial records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the financial services industry. Part-time or full-time flexibility with hybrid work offered after training. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner • Maintaining precise records of customer credit • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required • Managing reconciliation to GL through financials • Handling all aspects of Accounts Receivable and billing • Assisting with special projects, such as year-end audit work and collaboration with CPA firms • Taking responsibility for some tasks from other accounting personnel to ensure efficient workflow • Utilizing accounting software systems and tools like Great Plains (GPAC), Microsoft Excel, and ADP for performing various accounting functions • Contributing to annual budget preparation and cash flow analysis • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must-have. • Proficiency in using a Computerized Accounting System is essential. • The candidate should be well versed in Great Plains (GPAC). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • The candidate should have experience with all Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • The candidate should be capable of handling the Annual Budget. • Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is required.
