Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Gold River, California, 95670, United States. This role provides an opportunity for short term contract employment. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including handling accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank and credit card reconciliations, managing payroll, and coordinating with a CPA. You should be proficient in QuickBooks and possess the ability to close month-end accounts. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process • Handle all aspects of accounts payable • Conduct regular bank reconciliations • Perform credit card reconciliations and handle credit card statements • Manage the payroll process for under 100 employees • Ensure all payroll activities are conducted in-house • Close the accounts at the end of each month • Maintain proficiency in QuickBooks • Coordinate with the CPA as needed Requirements • Proven experience in Billing and managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in Credit Card Reconciliation and review of Credit Card Statements • Demonstrated ability in performing Bank Reconciliations • Experience in handling Payroll for less than 100 Employees • Skills in managing In-House Payroll operations • Familiarity with Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
