Description

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the general ledger
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Recording financial transactions in appropriate ledgers
- Completing tax forms and ensuring timely submissions
- Performing payroll functions accurately and timely
- Preparing financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining orderly financial filing systems
- Collaborating with external auditors during financial and tax audits
- Preserving the confidentiality of the organization's financial information
Requirements
Requirements:
3-5 years full charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Open to change and willing to learn new skills
Ability to follow up on pending issues
Ability to meet deadlines
