Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Alhambra, California. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be in charge of managing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate record keeping, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure accurate recording of all journal entries • Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements • Compile monthly financial reports for the executive team as required • Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) • Record and deposit payments accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that completed orders are invoiced and billed to the client • Track and make timely payment of all taxes including CDTFA, FTB, La county, Fed • Manage the accounting calendar to ensure all tasks are completed on time • Input all material into QuickBooks for accurate tracking and record keeping • Oversee workers compensation audits to ensure compliance • Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks including overseeing customer orders and invoices generated in rental software • Assist with special projects as required. Requirements • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other related activities • Demonstrated experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping • Solid understanding of accounting functions and principles • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven track record in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management • Capability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements.
