Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Encino, California. This role involves managing client accounts, monitoring cash flow, payroll processing, and preparing financial reports in the industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle accounts payable and oversee client cash flow • Manage accounts receivable accurately • Conduct payroll processing through diverse platforms • Execute bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures • Draft financial statements and reports when necessary • Carry out quarterly and annual filings which includes sales tax, city business licenses, and 1099s • Handle accounting functions and billing functions for over 20 clients • Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites effectively, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for various tasks.
