Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper role in Danville, California. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all general accounting and bookkeeping functions, including but not limited to, accounts payables & receivables, payroll, budget tracking, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to display your expertise in accounting and HR as you will also be involved in some HR duties such as employee record maintenance, and processing HR-related paperwork. Responsibilities: + Perform all general accounting and bookkeeping tasks. + Prepare and manage payroll, manage tax payments, and file reports. + Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and update the general ledger. + Compile and analyze financial reports. + Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account. + Implement HR processes and manage HR-related paperwork. + Assist with onboarding + Process payroll for under 100 employees Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as a Full Charge Bookkeeper • Demonstrated skills in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in preparing annual budgets • Capable of performing Cash Flow Analysis • Experience in managing Payroll • Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations • Knowledge of ADP or similar payroll platform • Ability to handle Benefits Administration • Proficient in maintaining the General Ledger • Experience in preparing and managing Form 1099 Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
