Description We are inviting applications for the position of Full Charge Bookkeeper within our team operating in the construction industry, based in San Ramon, California. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves working closely with our small, dedicated team. This position is part-time, 24 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Conducting all accounting operations with precision and diligence • Preparation and presentation of financial packages • Ensuring the reconciliation of all accounts • Managing job costing and WIP to ensure financial accuracy • Administering non-union payroll for a team of 25 employees • Collaborating with an external CPA for financial oversight • Utilizing Foundation Software for various accounting functions • Maintaining cash flow analysis to support decision making • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable • Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.
