Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the non-profit industry, specifically for the role of a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Located in Vista, California, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting activities, including managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure accuracy • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed • Use accounting software systems to manage accounting functions • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks • Conduct annual budget planning and cash flow analysis • Use Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data tracking • Audit grants to assess their current status • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly • Conduct background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
