Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper for a client based in Pinellas County. This is an onsite position for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to various software platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and be immediately available to start.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
+ Prepare financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.
+ Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
+ Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
+ Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support.
+ Utilize and adapt to company-specific accounting software to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role.
+ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various software and accounting platforms.
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
+ Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
+ Availability to work onsite in Pinellas County, FL, Monday through Friday.

+ Education:
+ Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role.
+ Experience managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
+ Familiarity with tax regulations, payroll processing, and compliance requirements.
+ Soft Skills:
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Availability:
+ Must be available for an onsite role in Pinellas County, FL, Monday through Friday.
+ Ready to start immediately in a temporary or temp-to-hire capacity.
+ Other Requirements:

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
