Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the pest control industry, located in San Diego, California. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be instrumental in managing the financial records, including AP, AR, and office management support. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Computerized Accounting Systems for efficient financial management • Conduct regular Cash Flow Analysis to monitor the company's financial status • Prepare the Annual Budget and ensure adherence to it • Handle financial processing on Bill.com. • Operate Microsoft Excel to organize, store and analyze data effectively • Utilize QuickBooks Online for managing business accounts and financial statements • Regularly update and maintain accurate financial records • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role of Full Charge Bookkeeper. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com • Experience in using Computerized Accounting Systems is required. • Knowledge of PestPac software is a plus. • Competence in Microsoft Excel is a must for this role. • Ability to handle all Accounting Functions independently is necessary. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is expected. • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Responsibility for preparing the Annual Budget will be a part of this role. • Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis is necessary for this job.
