Full Charge Bookkeeper
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role primarily revolves around the finance industry, where the selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to maintain and improve our financial procedures. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize accounting software systems like Odoo and Great Plains effectively for financial management. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. • Conduct regular cash flow analysis to monitor the financial health of the company. • Prepare and present annual budgets, working closely with the team to ensure financial goals are met. • Perform reconciliations of financial statements regularly, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. • Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and maintain financial reports and documents. • Provide personal attention to credit card reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved. • Assist in the month-end close process, working closely with the CPA to ensure all financial data is accurate and complete. • Play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the company's computerized accounting system to improve efficiency and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required • Ability to work with Computerized Accounting System is essential • Experience in using Great Plains (GPAC) is expected • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary • Deep understanding of Accounting Functions is required • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial • Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is important • Experience in preparing Annual Budget is necessary • Proficiency in conducting Cash Flow Analysis is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
