Description We are offering a contract for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the legal industry based in Santa Rosa, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the accuracy and productivity of daily accounting activities, handling payroll duties, keeping all finances prepared for month-end procedures, and providing financial reporting when necessary. Responsibilities: • Managing daily activities related to accounts payable, invoicing, customer credits, and collections. • Handling all tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Taking the charge of payroll responsibilities. • Ensuring that all financial matters are in place for month-end procedures. • Conducting cash flow analysis as part of maintaining accurate financial records. • Using accounting software systems such as Quickbooks and Excel for efficient financial management. • Depositing checks as part of managing the company's cash flow. • Delivering financial reports and summaries to superiors when required. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role within the legal industry • Proficiency in accounting software systems is a must • Familiarity with Quickbooks is necessary • Competence in Great Plains (GPAC) is crucial • Skilled in Microsoft Excel for efficient data management and analysis • Ability to handle payroll • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven track record in preparing and managing annual budget • Expertise in cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability and growth Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
