Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Orinda, California. The role is primarily centered around the Financial Services industry, where you will be fully in charge of managing accounting software systems and computerized accounting systems. Responsibilities • Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Handle cash flow analysis to ensure the business maintains a healthy financial stance. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various financial tasks and duties. • Prepare and monitor the annual budget to ensure financial goals are met. • Maintain and manage full charge bookkeeping procedures and systems. • Regularly update accounting software systems for accurate record-keeping. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management, including invoice processing, payment handling, and vendor communication • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), encompassing billing, payment collection, and customer account reconciliation • Experience in preparing and managing the annual budget, with a focus on financial forecasting and strategic planning • Strong skills in cash flow analysis, with the ability to identify trends, make projections, and recommend financial strategies • Previous role as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar, demonstrating comprehensive financial management capabilities • In-depth knowledge of Full Charge Bookkeeping practices, including payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting.
