Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Camden, New Jersey. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records, including the handling of accounts payable and receivable, as well as the execution of bank reconciliations. You will also be utilizing various accounting software systems and tools such as QuickBooks, Great Plains, and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and manage accounts payable and receivable • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting • Utilize accounting software systems like QuickBooks and Great Plains for financial transactions • Execute billing procedures and journal entries • Monitor cash flow and perform cash flow analysis • Participate in the development of the annual budget • Handle all accounting functions to support the financial health of the company • Utilize ADP Financial Services for payroll processing • Maintain computerized accounting system for efficient record-keeping • Leverage Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services. • Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System. • Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software system. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Demonstrated experience with a full range of accounting functions. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP). • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • Capable of preparing and managing an annual budget. • Proficient in performing cash flow analysis.
