Description Robert Half is partnering with one of its clients in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be performing tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing. Responsibilities: • Keep up-to-date and accurate records of accounts payable and receivable • Execute cash flow analysis and contribute to the annual budget planning • Handle payroll processing and ensure all data is accurate • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are correct • Reconcile bank accounts regularly to ensure accuracy • Use computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel to perform accounting functions • Respond to and resolve any issues related to the accounting software systems. Requirements • Proficient knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is required • Experience in creating financial statements • Experience with Payroll Processing through external payroll provider • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial • Demonstrable skills in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is key • Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget is desired • Competence in conducting Cash Flow Analysis is needed • Experience in maintaining and managing General Ledger is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
