Description One of our clients is looking for a long term part time full charge Bookkeeper who as prepared monthly financials in Netsuite. This opportunity is remote. ***Contact Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration*** Responsibilities: • Conducting accounting functions including bank and credit card reconciliation. • Utilizing accounting software systems such as NetSuite to ensure efficient financial operations. • Handling computerized accounting systems to maintain accurate records. • Preparing journal entries and maintaining up-to-date records. • Assisting with the annual budget process to ensure financial stability. • Executing month-end close procedures to maintain timely financial reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
