Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Plainview, New York. The role involves managing all aspects of invoicing, bank reconciliation, and handling accounts payable and receivable. This role operates within the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Accurately manage all invoicing processes • Conduct bank reconciliation for financial accuracy • Handle accounts payable to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely • Oversee accounts receivable to maintain proper cash flow • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management • Employ Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Understand and apply ADP - Financial Services for optimal financial operations • Perform cash flow analysis to support business decisions • Execute all accounting functions to support financial health of the business • Contribute to the annual budget planning process. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential. • Must have experience with Computerized Accounting Systems. • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary. • Capable of handling all Accounting Functions independently. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management is needed. • Must have knowledge of managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • Ability to develop and manage the Annual Budget is required. • Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is essential.
