Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at our Cold Spring Harbor, New York location. This role is critical to the operations of our multi-location business, primarily focusing on managing accounts payable and receivable, and closing the month. You will utilize your QuickBooks knowledge and other accounting software systems in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities: • Handle the company's accounts payable and receivable with accurate and efficient methods. • Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software systems to manage financial transactions. • Responsible for closing the month, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. • Leverage Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and report generation. • Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the financial department. • Analyze cash flow and prepare annual budgets to assist in financial planning. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
