Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to become part of our team in Sacramento, California. This role focuses on accounting operations, including the preparation of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and handling of the general ledger. We offer a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. This position is PART TIME and ONSITE Responsibilities: • Establish and define bookkeeping policies and procedures to create a systematic accounting system • Verify, allocate, and post transactions to maintain accounts • Reconcile entries to balance accounts • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring it is maintained and balanced • File documents to maintain quality historical records • Collect, analyze, and summarize account information to prepare financial reports • Generate Accounts Receivable invoices, record deposits, and review payments received • Handle biweekly payroll for a team of 15 employees • Utilize accounting software systems such as Quickbooks Online for efficient bookkeeping • Perform accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Carry out cash flow analysis and manage the annual budget • Operate a computerized accounting system effectively.
