Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves a range of accounting functions in a dynamic workplace setting. Responsibilities: • Oversee full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations. • Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy. • Conduct month-end closing processes effectively. • Analyze cash flow and provide reports to help guide financial decisions. • Utilize QuickBooks Pro for various accounting activities. • Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Adhere to the annual budget while executing accounting functions. • Operate computerized accounting systems for efficient financial management. • Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential • Ability to use Computerized Accounting System effectively • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel • Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions is a must • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Ability to prepare an Annual Budget is a plus • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is needed • Experience with QuickBooks Pro is required • Must be able to perform Bank Reconciliations effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
