Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper or General Accountant in Statesville, North Carolina. In this role, you will utilize your skills to manage accounting functions, apply accounting software systems, and enhance our cash flow analysis. Responsibilities: • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing • Make daily bank deposits and manage cash flow analysis to maintain financial stability • Utilize your experience with computerized accounting systems to enhance efficiency • Leverage your Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting • Prepare annual budget to support financial planning and control • Conduct invoicing activities to ensure timely payment from clients • Implement and maintain accounting functions to ensure compliance with financial regulations • Utilize accounting software systems to automate and streamline processes.
