Description Robert Half Contracts Finance & Accounting division is hiring a part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper to work 32 hours a week on site. This Full Charge Bookkeeper would need to know QuickBooks software and have at least 3-5 years' experience in GAAP and GL Accounting. Job duties would include: Manage Accounts Payable: Process and track all vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Billing and Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue balances. QuickBooks Management: Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date transaction entries. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards, ensuring that records match bank statements. Maintain General Ledger: Record financial transactions into the general ledger, ensuring proper categorization and compliance with company policies. Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the accounting and development teams to support project-based financial tracking and reporting.
