Description We are in the search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team based in Mooresville, North Carolina. In this role, you will be handling all aspects of accounting for our business, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and accounts payable. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle all accounting operations for the business • Issue invoices and manage collections • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data • Manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments • Conduct month-end close procedures • Use Sage Accounting Software for financial management, although not a prerequisite • Perform cash flow analysis to monitor financial health • Prepare the annual budget to plan for future expenses • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and management • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), including tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues • Ability to prepare and manage an annual budget • Strong skills in conducting cash flow analysis and generating financial reports • Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software for performing various accounting tasks • Experience with performing month end close activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
