Description We are offering an IMMEDIATE employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role involves a variety of tasks related to financial management, accounting, and bookkeeping. Please note: QuickBooks proficiency is a must for this position. Responsibilities • Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data and create financial reports • Oversee all bookkeeping procedures to ensure financial transparency • Delve into QuickBooks for detailed financial analysis and report generation • Manage internal payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time • Handle payroll taxes using QuickBooks to ensure compliance with tax laws • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the company's financial records • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage cash flow effectively • Perform billing functions to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for various accounting functions • Manage large-scale projects, ensuring they are loaded and executed effectively Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks Software Systems is essential • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is necessary • Previous experience with Financial Reporting needed • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Must be skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations • Experience in executing Billing Functions is necessary **All candidates must undergo drug and background screening for consideration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
