Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will be crucial in managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Your work will involve all aspects of bookkeeping, including reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and conducting financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported • Create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance • Prepare and manage invoices, and resolve any discrepancies • Conduct a thorough review of financial data and report it in an accurate and timely manner • Conduct regular ledger maintenance • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Oversee the preparation of the annual budget • Conduct cash flow analysis regularly and report any major discrepancies • Utilize QuickBooks to keep track of all financial transactions and generate reports • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data • Demonstrable knowledge of accounting functions and principles • Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to prepare and manage the annual budget • Expertise in cash flow analysis to optimize business financial health • Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial tasks and reporting.
