Description Do you excel at managing all aspects of bookkeeping, from transactions to financial reporting, with precision and efficiency? We are anticipating the need for experienced Full-Charge Bookkeepers in the following cities: Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, and Montclair. This role requires local candidates who can provide on-site support when necessary. As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll handle the complete bookkeeping process for businesses in your community, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and vital financial insights. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting software, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of the bookkeeping function from start to finish. Key Responsibilities + Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. + Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts for accuracy and compliance. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. + Process and submit payroll while ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. + Handle sales tax filings and compliance as needed. + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. + Collaborate with business owners and external accounting professionals during tax season or audits Requirements Requirements + 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes. + Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop and online) and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills, including formulas and data analysis). + Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. + Must be located in or near one of the following cities: Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, or Montclair for potential on-site collaboration with clients or team members.
