Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial sector, for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team based in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities including maintaining precise financial data, preparing quarterly financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and proposing solutions. Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise financial data by reconciling bank statements • Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports in collaboration with team members • Ensure compliance with accounting standards • Conduct regular audits of accounts to identify discrepancies and propose solutions • Manage Payroll Taxes • Keep a track of expenses to support our financial stability and growth • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address inquiries related to billing and payments • Leverage financial software for engaging with our financial data • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential • Must have experience with Computerized Accounting System • Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is important • Must have experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is required • Must have solid experience in Bookkeeping Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
