Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Jacksonville, Florida. This role will join a small but growing team in the BayMeadows area. You will be tasked with maintaining and managing financial records, processing payroll, and handling light HR related functions. Responsibilities: • Manage General Ledger transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Supervise both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, encompassing invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. • Conduct bank and account reconciliations • Enusure new hire paperwork in entered in payroll system • Oversee HR onboarding duties such as documentation, maintenance of employee records, and benefits administration. • Participate in monthly and year-end closing processes • Provide support to management through ad hoc reporting. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise for managing financial transactions. • Ability to use Google Sheets for collaborative work and data sharing. • Strong foundational knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures. • Solid experience in managing general ledger activities. • Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Experience in managing payroll activities. • Knowledge of sales tax computations and regulations. • Experience with Paychex Payroll for processing employee compensation.
