Description Robert Half is currently partnering with one of its clients for a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager search. This position will entail an initial focus on helping get the accounting books cleaned up for the prior year, then focus on general accounting tasks and office management. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting functions and ensure they are executed accurately and timely • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Leverage accounting software systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency • Ensure the year-end close process is completed smoothly and within deadlines • Clean up and optimize the ERP system for better performance • Respond to and resolve any accounting-related inquiries from the business owner.
