Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Medford, New Jersey. In this role, you will be working in an industry that focuses on providing equipment lease financing for commercial and industrial machinery. Your responsibilities will entail managing general accounting operations and maintaining precise financial records. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Handle daily bookkeeping and account management tasks • Oversee general ledger maintenance • Manage monthly rentals booking • Handle payroll operations • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports • Perform bank reconciliation • Prepare accounts payable and depreciation reports • Utilize accounting software including Sage and Excel for financial operations • Perform cash flow analysis and manage annual budget • Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP for financial services • Operate computerized accounting systems and Sage 50 for financial tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Knowledge of Computerized Accounting Systems • Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Skill in preparing and managing an Annual Budget • Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis • Experience with Peachtree Sage software • Proficiency in using Sage 50 software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
