Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Vancouver, Washington. This role is integral to our team, where the selected candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions, utilizing software systems, and handling both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit applications processing • Maintaining precise customer credit records • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as needed • Handling both the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Managing the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and financial stability • Performing cash flow analysis to ensure financial health and visibility • Utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise and Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks • Proficiently using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required. • Demonstrated understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget is required. • Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is highly desirable. • Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a significant asset. • Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is a must.
