Full Charge Bookkeeper
Description Recognized New York City organization is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role will be integral in managing our financial operations and administrative tasks. You will be involved in various accounting duties and will be expected to deliver results efficiently. Responsibilities: • Handle general accounting duties such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger adjustments. • Generate financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and cash flow projections. • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. • Play a crucial role in cash flow management to drive financial health and operational efficiency. • Resolve vendor management issues by ensuring accurate billing and addressing discrepancies. • Perform administrative duties such as office organization, communication support, and maintaining company records. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated expertise in handling all Accounting Functions • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to prepare and manage the Annual Budget Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
