Description We are actively searching for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be a part of our team based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of managing financial records, handling bank reconciliations, and utilizing various accounting software such as QuickBooks and AppFolio. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, and AppFolio to manage and organize financial data • Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions and update records accordingly • Handle the task of reconciling bank statements to keep a track of the financial transactions • Manage the financial data with accuracy and ensure it is up-to-date • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial records or transactions • Utilize Quickbooks Online for the efficient management of financial tasks • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in using AppFolio software is essential. • Adeptness in QuickBooks is required. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise is necessary. • Ability to use Quickbooks Online is vital. • Experience in reconciling bank statements is a must.
