Description We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of accounting responsibilities for a growing organization. This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, handling bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing all aspects of bookkeeping independently. Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable + Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions + Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial record-keeping + Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets + Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations + Prepare and file sales tax and other regulatory reports + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management + Handle month-end and year-end closings + Work with external accountants for tax preparation and audits + Maintain compliance with GAAP and company financial policies Requirements Qualifications: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) + 3+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
