Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team, where you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records in our ERP system, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. This role also involves working closely with external accounting firms and handling monthly closures. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of invoices within our ERP system • Regular updating of financial information in QuickBooks • Posting of accounts payable and maintaining accurate records • Working within our ERP system to ensure all financial data is current and accurate • Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial data aligns • Collaborating with external accounting firms for financial tasks • Assisting with monthly financial closure activities • Handling phone calls and emails related to financial matters • Posting journal entries to keep the general ledger updated • Utilizing various accounting software systems, such as Great Plains and ADP, to streamline tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • In-depth knowledge of Computerized Accounting System • Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to prepare Annual Budget • Skill in performing Cash Flow Analysis • Knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE) • Proficient in using QuickBooks Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
