Full Charge Bookkeeper (Hybrid Remote Schedule)

Established company specializing in commercial grade equipment for industrial use is currently hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The position is a permanent long term opportunity within the company. Ability to work remotely is possible for a couple of days per week. The company has a small internal staff that works well together and is very welcoming of a new team member. Bookkeepers interested in this position must have experience and be able to provide positive references from past employers. A degree in Accounting and Finance is preferred but not required.

The Bookkeeper is responsible for all aspects of accounting. This position reports directly to the Vice President. You will oversee all accounts payable, accounts receivable, analyze inventory and purchase orders, perform bank deposits, weekly and monthly reporting as well as enter timecards into the payroll system. You will also work closely with the outside CPA for quarterly reporting.

Requirements
1+ year(s) of recent bookkeeping experience
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
Team player with a positive attitude
