Description Our client is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities: + Maintain and manage the general ledger, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts. + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. + Manage payroll processing and associated compliance requirements. + Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. + Prepare and file tax forms and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. + Collaborate with external auditors or accountants during audits and tax preparation. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. + Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
