Full Life Care - Behavioral Health Program Manager

Full Life Care offers behavioral health and case management services to individuals in need of housing stabilization support throughout King County. We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversees the day-to-day operations of two programs: the Community Transitions Behavioral Health Program and the Addressing Clutter and Hoarding Program. The Behavioral Health Program Manager will deliver clinical supervision and professional expertise to staff while adhering to behavioral health best practices and Washington State policies and regulations. 


Our Behavioral Health Program Manager:


Manages the Community Transitions Behavioral Health program and the Addressing Clutter and Hoarding Program’s day-to-day operations perform efficiently and effectively while addressing program, staff, and/or client issues that arise. Oversees staffing needs for both programs, including conducting interviews, completing performance evaluations in a timely manner, and addressing staff concerns. Monitor referral volumes and communicate with the Clinical Director about any changes that may require staffing adjustments. Collaborates with the Leadership Team to manage staff caseloads for both programs, ensuring alignment with staff, client, and contract requirements for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff across both programs. Conducts initial intake assessments for new clients, including diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment recommendations. These assessments are conducted in clients' homes throughout King County.
Maintains accurate and comprehensive Policy and Procedure manuals for each program, in compliance with Contract, WAC, SHA, and Full Life Care guidelines.
Prepares for program audits and reviews, review staff documentation weekly, and assist the Leadership Team in developing programs to meet the diverse needs of the community.
Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What you need to succeed: 


Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences from an accredited college or university. Active license from the Washington State Department of Health to provide mental health services (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PhD/PsyD).  Or the ability to apply for Washington State license within 90 days of hire. 3 years or more of experience managing staff and clinical programs. Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirements outlined in WAC 246-809-134 or become eligible to meet these requirements within one year of hire. Strong understanding of behavioral health principles, best practices, and evidence-based treatment methods. Knowledge of applicable Washington Administrative Code (WAC) regulations, Medicaid, and other relevant state and federal policies. Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, hoarding behaviors, or transitions from institutional settings. Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, budgets, reports, and program audits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, contractors and stakeholders.
