Airswift is seeking a Full or Senior Training Analyst - Learning System Administrationt to work on a Contractor position for 1 year (could be extended) in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Support the deployment of workday Entreprise Extended Learning and manage the portal after the system launches.
Provide pivotal support for Learning Management System  for externals implementation and portfolio oversight:
Support in maintenance of competence matrix in Brazil;
Respond to internal and external audits regarding competence and training.
Contribute to and follow up assurance activities (Internal and External), including checking 3rd party competence management systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English
- Previous experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge of brazilian offshore trainings requirements
