Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.Position Summary:Under supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Defines system scope, documents requirements, and develops, or modifies moderately complex information systems. Designs, encodes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs throughout the product life cycle.
