BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer for an opportunity in Tampa, FL (Hybrid)!

Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative Start Date

Expected Duration: 06 months contract to hire

Job Type: Contract, [Hybrid/On-Site]

Pay Range: [$56] to [$60]

Job Description:

Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Position Description
1. A "player/coach" that will contribute code and coach other developers on the team
2. Ensure team of software engineers deliverables are completed on time and escalate any potential issues
3. Provides guidance and coaching to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
4. Review, debug, and QA development team's code as necessary
5. Validate that acceptance criteria is met before Jira cards are closed
6. Validate Sonar code coverage meet 70% minimum and no new code smells are introduced
7. Participate in Agile activities including daily scrum, sprint planning, demo and retro.
8. Partner with Scrum Master / BA and Lead Developer to create Jira cards for upcoming sprints and assist with card assignments

Expert in in Full Stack design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across Client
Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset
May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles

Additional Skills: Experience with python and React
