P&C IT Services is looking for a full stack developer to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Cincinnati office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces and robust backend systems.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trendsExpectations:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java.Experience with databases like MS SQL or Oracle.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with JSON, XML, and other data formats.Experience with service-oriented architecture and APIs.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.A working understanding of Underwriting and Claim concepts is a plus.Complete assigned tasks as directed in a timely manner using good object-oriented coding practices and standards.Unit test code for proper functionalityFollow the established standards, patterns, and processes.Participate in team planning activities.The Risk Solutions IT Team is working on several new and exciting projects in support of the new and rapidly growing Risk Solutions Business Unit. We are seeking a self-motivated developer that can quickly learn new concepts and tools. While the Key Technologies list represents the toolset our team utilizes, do not be hesitant to apply for this position if you do not have experience in all areas listed.
Qualifications:
