Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 5 years of experience in web-based application developmentMinimum 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologiesExperience with multi-threading using core Java libraries, particularly the Executor frameworkProficiency in Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatisExperience in using and implementing RESTful web servicesProficient with JBoss, Apache, TomcatSkills in Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, AngularKnowledge of AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like jQueryFamiliarity with XML, XSLT, and JSONStrong SQL database design and stored procedures knowledgeExperience in developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutionsUnderstanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability, security)Familiarity with Web application security considerationsSelf-motivated, with effective prioritization and execution abilities in high-pressure environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailPrior experience developing property & casualty applications is a plus
