As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Digital solutions (Salesforce Platform) for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Work You’ll Do

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web ComponentsDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIsCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practicesCreate and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plansPerform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverablesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrationsStay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needsParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesUtilize the client Development Operations (DevOps) systems and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure compliant code and ensure best practicesCollaborate with a cross-functional team to build and deliver custom-built software solutionsSupport a portfolio of applications from a holistic standpoint to understand various complex product requirements, mitigate challenges and integrate softwareManage own personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for expansion of skills and expertiseShare passion for about new web technologies/techniquesWork closely with both design and quality assurance

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience using web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React2+ years of experience using back-end languages such as Java, Python, Spring2+ years of experience with object-oriented programming concepts and design patternsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required for this roleAbility to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

Experience writing data driven tests, mocking, and unit testingExperience cloning, branching, committing, and submitting pull requests with GitFamiliarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQLAgile development on a scrum team experience, using Agile project management tools (JIRA), and CI/CD pipelinesExperience creating and consuming REST APIs that meet performance and security requirements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Salesforce DX and GitSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer IIProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web ComponentsExperience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIsAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
