The Mobile Apps & Messaging Platforms team is responsible for delivering iOS apps that globally set the standard for customer experience and showcase Apple's revolutionary hardware and iOS technologies. You’ll be joining a team of extraordinary engineers and interacting on a daily basis with teams that span across Apple including iOS software and hardware engineering, Apple Store Online and Apple Retail. We are looking for a talented and dedicated senior engineer to join our team to bring passion for infrastructure and distributed systems to build elite data platforms/products at a very large scale across cloud environments. You will be a key owner of products and tools and be responsible for delivering industry grade, quality solutions and their lifecycles for both internal and third party cloud. **Description** The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate eagerness to learn about modern tools like JavaScript frameworks, Java, or Python libraries. Collaborative approach with effective teamwork and collaborator engagement. Willingness to assist in API design and customization under senior developer mentorship. Understanding of data migrations and efficient data movement between systems.
