The Full Stack Engineer will join the eTrading Technology team to solve some of the most interesting and complex challenges in the financial industry to help our global business and its customers succeed. Shipping code early and often using Agile and DevOps principles is critical for us to deliver business value, with continuous improvement and learning at the center of everything we do. We are motivated by challenging each other to push the boundaries of financial and technological innovation, in an open, inclusive, and diverse environment.

As the Full Stack Engineering, you will:

Assisting team in supporting exiting Distributed applicationDataStage development, debugging and supporting the applicationTranslate business requirements to technical specificationParticipate in DataStage, Linux, DB2, Oracle upgradesAdopting and delivering using HSBC agile methodologyMust be able to work independently and have intellectual curiosityTo adopt to new technologies like GCP, Qlik developmentAdopting to DevOps and building CICD pipelineDeveloping, Understanding Stored procedureScheduling Scripts, DataStage jobs using ControlM toolBuild API using python

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $100,400.00 and $150,600.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

Proven and progressive record of project management or communications and campaign execution experience, specifically proven financial services industry-specific experience, management consulting experience, or equivalentMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of direct mail, communications strategy, and credit card products and servicesStrong problem solving, project management, time management, strategic planning, communications, analytical, decision-making, and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and respond positively to change and flexibility when addressing shifting or competing prioritiesAbility to effectively influence and communicate within large and complex organizations and at senior levels within the organization
