Full Stack Senior Software Developer

Minimum Qualifications

Experience solving problems by developing software solutions that require innovationExpertise with the programming languages, frameworks and platforms used by the team, such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Angular or AWSExperience developing software modules or patterns used within the teamExperience designing integration tests, leading software releases and providing ongoing supportExperience helping facilitate and create Agile software development practices and artifacts, such as user stories, backlog refinement and sprint planningExperience mentoring and developing othersExperience providing thought leadership to influence software development practices


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline5 years of experience in a professional Software Developer or similar roleExperience developing for a cloud environment or cloud provider certificationExperience designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)Agile certification


Job Summary
As a Senior Software Developer I, you'll be a seasoned developer whose experience may be quite deep or wide. You'll support and guide the team's consistent delivery of iterative value to your clients. Recognized for your skill, as a Software Developer IV you'll mentor your team, helping develop their overall capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal directionRelease and validate software, developing new deployment patterns as necessaryLead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviewsDevelop code modules and patterns useful within the teamConduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypesGuide code and design reviews for the teamProvide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiencesMentor team members on any of the above
