Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to support one of our clients out of Dearborn, MI. Were seeking an experienced software engineering professional familiar withLean, Agile, andeXtremeProgramming (XP) practices. Collaborating closely and continuously with fellow engineers, designers and product owners, you will help build, validate and release innovative software products early and often. You will continuously learn and mentor fellow team members while focusing on delivery of quality enterprise solutions. This role is in a heavy paired programming environment and requires one to be comfortable with pairing alongside other developers. 70-80% backend, 20-30% frontend.
