Position’s Goal: Execution of high-quality custom web development projects within given time frames, demonstrating fluency in English. Key Functions and Responsibilities:Daily: + Develop build-outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours. + Develop landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours. + Deliver updates, tweaks, and changes in tickets within the specified timeframe. + Report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on that day. + Attend daily morning meetings on time. + Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company. + Maintain a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems. + Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges within your job and the company. + Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and the team. Monthly: + Create at least one custom development training. + Check-in call with the Project Manager. Quarterly: + Take at least one internal training course in their field of expertise or relevant to digital marketing. + Attend all quarterly meetings on time. Per Semester: + Receive performance evaluations. + Improve areas of opportunity discussed in performance evaluations. + Read a book or take a course related to leadership, design, development, or personal development.
